Stephen Johnson
Group CEO
Joining the family business in 2012, Stephen left behind a successful career in estate agency where he became the youngest Branch Manager in his company’s history. Harnessing his sales spirit, he joined the family business initially as Sales Director before becoming Managing Director in 2017. As the company consolidated under For Everyone Group, Stephen moved into his current role as CEO in 2022 in order to drive growth across all brands.
Hannah Johnson
Group People Director
After 10 years working in consultancy as a business psychologist, Hannah made the move to join the family business full time in 2023. Bringing a wealth of experience as a business consultant and executive coach, Hannah is responsible for delivering the group’s people strategy that is central to its growth plans.
Tom Bloor
Managing Director, evec
Having worked in sales from the beginning of his career, Tom started out in the banking industry before moving into property. Tom joined OEM Appliances in 2017 and has been influential from the ground up in the launch of both the CoolMed and evec brands as well as a focus to grow sales through OEM Appliances. The astronomic growth of evec, combined with the urgent demand for improved EV infrastructure in the UK, saw Tom formally take on the role of evec’s MD in August 2023.
Abu Saaed
Group Technical Director
With over 20 years of experience in product development, Abu joined the team over 5 years ago working closely with Stephen, building close relationships with our manufacturers to bring our products to market. Abu is now responsible for the design and development of new and existing electrical products across our portfolio of brands.
Liv Serrage
Group Marketing Director
Liv is a passionate and strategic marketer with a wealth of experience, particularly in the digital marketing space. Her career has seen her scale award-winning B2C and B2B brands and manage large international teams. She finds joy in the delightful mixture of creativity and analysis that marketing demands and loves team development. Liv joined the For Everyone Group in July 2022 with the mission of supercharging our incredible portfolio of businesses.
Alex Townsend
Group Commercial Director
Alex has extensive and diverse retail experience having spent over 15 years working in the FMCG, Homeware and Domestic Appliance sectors. Holding senior commercial roles Alex specialises in transformational change, running high performing sales teams, purchasing and operational management. Alex joined the For Everyone Group in 2023, with a strategic focus to drive growth within our B2B customer base.
