2003
Brian Johnson starts our founding business OEM appliances. With a background in engineering, Brian built a successful business designing and manufacturing home appliances for British brands.
2012
OEM rebrands & OEM Electrical Components forms
2017
Brian Johnson retires and Stephen Johnson becomes CEO with the goal of building on Brian’s success to scale the business across multiple markets. XingBang UK also starts trading.
2018
Building on success selling into the medical refrigeration, CoolMed is founded with a mission to disrupt industry with competitive pricing, quick delivery and unmatched customer service.
2021
The group acquire Ship It Appliances Ltd. in 2021, expanding on their experience manufacturing appliances by allowing them to sell right through to retail
2022
evec launches – the UK’s most affordable EV charger brand on a mission to remove the barriers preventing people from making the switch to EV
2023 & beyond
The For Everyone Group is formally consolidated and Hannah Johnson joins the family business as People Director.
