What did you do before you joined the For Everyone Group?
“I was a Day Nursery Manager. I initially saw the change in role as a temporary position, allowing me to make a change in my career path. I’m proud to say that I’ve been here for eight years now! I progressed to become a Senior Customer Service Advisor thanks to some excellent training opportunities and team support along the way.”
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to achieving with the team this year?
“Developing our relations with our new client base in the trade sector and ensuring high standards are achieved for both new and existing customers. On a personal note, I am working toward promotion within my current team. Every day is a learning day!”
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting out in customer service?
“No question is a silly question. At the For Everyone Group, everyone’s door is always open and happy to help.”
What’s your favourite office snack?
“My go-to healthy snack would be a nice crunchy red apple, but if I’m having a treat day you just can’t beat a good old-fashioned jam doughnut!”

“I recently went on a track day and discovered my love for high-speed adrenaline. Riding the ariel atom was an incredible experience!”
