What did you do before you joined the For Everyone Group?
After university, I entered the retail industry and began my journey in customer service as a phone representative. Over time, I worked my way up and eventually took on the responsibility of managing a team. Delivering exceptional customer service has always been a point of pride for me. I gained valuable experience by overseeing the customer service departments of two large organisations.
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to achieving with the team this year?
One thing I’m looking forward to achieving with the team this year is maintaining exceptional service across all channels, ensuring that even as the business grows with more sales, the quality of our aftercare service remains unwavering.
What’s a piece of advice you would give to someone starting out in customer service?
Approach each interaction with an open mind, avoid assumptions, treat every customer uniquely – and sprinkle a bit of your personality into every call!
What’s your favourite office snack?
I love crisps. My favourite office snack is definitely Pringles, especially the paprika flavour. Once you pop, you really can’t stop!
Tell us something about you that might surprise us.
I can juggle! I learned it during college out of boredom. It may be pointless, but it’s a fun party trick!
