Introducing the driving force behind the For Everyone Group, Stephen Johnson.

As the CEO, Stephen brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the table. With a determined mindset and a vision for success, he is leading the company towards new heights. We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Stephen to learn more about his vision, advice, and snack of choice.

What did you do before you joined the For Everyone Group?

“I worked as an estate agent at Bridgfords Estate and Letting Agents. Starting as a sales negotiator, I progressed to become the youngest branch manager in the company, overseeing a team of seven and gaining valuable experience in the trade.”

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to achieving with the team this year?

“Our main goal this year is to achieve sustainable growth and expansion, establishing a culture where everyone enjoys working and attracting talented individuals. We aspire to become market leaders in our sectors within the next five years.”

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting out in business?

“Set clear mini-goals initially and avoid being overly ambitious. Celebrate your achievements along the way, as the journey can be challenging with highs and lows. Seek advice from others and learn from their experiences to further your growth.”

What’s your favourite office snack?

“Lotus biscuits are my all-time favourite office snack! I absolutely love them, especially when paired with a brew.”

Tell us something about you that might surprise us.

“I once created a business plan for an estate agency, applied to be on The Apprentice and made it through the final interview rounds. But just before appearing on TV, I made the decision to explore different opportunities and chose not to pursue it.”

Stephen Johnson leads the For Everyone Group with expertise and determination, propelling the team towards success. With an emphasis on sustainable growth, a healthy work environment, and industry leadership, they are set for long-term success in the markets they serve.
